A team made up of marathon runners will easily get outsmarted by a team of office colleagues if they cannot solve a puzzle under pressure. Conversely, a group of brilliant strategists will lose time if they cannot coordinate their physical movements as a single unit. Every game is engineered so that every single woman on a team of 4 or 5 has a vital moment to shine.
What Makes a Battle Elite?
When our team sits around the drawing board, every challenge idea must pass three strict tests before it makes it to the final itinerary:
It must require absolute cooperation: If one person can carry the team to victory alone, the game is scrapped. The challenge must be mechanically impossible to complete without all hands on deck.
It must provoke a laugh: We look for elements that break down social walls instantly. Whether it involves ridiculous props, blindfolds, or synchronized movements, if it doesn't make you smile while you are doing it, it isn't a PLG battle.
It must look spectacular: We design these games visually. From giant inflatable elements to vibrant team colors tracking across the field, we ensure the energy looks just as electric as it feels for the hundreds of supporters cheering from the sidelines.
