Pink Ladies Games is a women's lifestyle morning where teams of 4 to 5 women take on 6 short, fun battles together. It combines sport, teamwork, wellness and a lot of laughing, while raising awareness for breast cancer. It is not a race and not a fitness test: the best teamwork wins, not the fittest team.

Six short team challenges of about 15 minutes each, mixing power, speed, teamwork, creativity and brains. They are designed so that every woman can take part, whatever her age or fitness level. The battles are revealed in the weeks before the event on your team page.

No. This is the biggest myth about Pink Ladies Games. It is a team competition across 6 different games, and the teams that do best are usually the ones with the most variety in them: the strong one, the quick one, the clever one, the one who keeps everybody laughing. All fitness levels are welcome.

All women. Colleagues, friends, neighbours, club members, mothers and daughters. You take part as a team of 4 to 5, whether you come through your company, your community or your group of besties.

You can take part from 18 years old.

Pink Ladies Games is a lifestyle event that exists to raise breast cancer awareness. Our medical partner offers free breast health consultations at the event. At the previous UAE edition more than 300 women were screened on the day, and several were referred for follow-up care.

A team is 4 to 5 women. Every battle is played by 4, so with 5 in your team you can rotate and rest between battles. The price is per participant, so a team of 4 and a team of 5 both work.

Register anyway. Your captain can add and remove team members on your team page up to the final deadline. Most teams fill their last spot in the final weeks. And we even have a merge-function so you can merge with other teams.

Yes. Buy one ticket of a team, ask your friend to join you, and merge with other teams who are open to merge.

Once your team exists, share your team invite link and your teammates can join themselves — you'll find it, including a ready-to-send WhatsApp invite, on your team page. As captain you can also add and remove members yourself right up to the deadline.

The captain is the woman who registers the team. She receives all the practical communication, manages the team page, adds and removes members, sets the joker and submits the team profile. She can hand over the captain role at any time.

Yes, and many teams do. Companies enter one or more teams under their own name and compete for the Pink Battle of the Companies.

Yes. Clubs, networks and community groups enter under their community name and compete for the Pink Battle of the Communities.

Register at https://tornea.app/pinkladiesgamesuae. Create your account, name your team, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to your team page.

The standard rate is AED 200 per participant. Early-bird rates and discount codes may apply, so the price shown at checkout is always the current one. Register early: it is the cheapest moment and it guarantees your spot.

You can only be in one team. So if you want to order multiple teams with your friends, just make sure someone else buys another team. Companies and communities can register several teams.

We use Stripe. Bank transfer is available for companies only.

Email us and we will get back to you with a solution. Please mention your team name and the payment method you tried.

Yes. A payment confirmation is sent automatically after checkout, including the invoice. If a company wants us to adapt anything on the invoice, contact us.

Registration closes one week before the event, or earlier if all spots are taken. Previous editions sold out, so do not wait for the last week.

Registrations are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If someone cannot make it, your captain can simply swap her for another woman on your team page at no extra cost. Up to you how to handle it financially.

Participation in all 6 battles, access to the partner village and entertainment, a goodie bag, breast health consultations with our medical partner, professional photography, and the awards ceremony. Drinks and food can be bought on site.

After registering you receive a confirmation email with a direct link to your team page. You can always come back later at tornea.app and log in with the email address you registered with — you'll land straight back on your team homepage. Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, or email us.

Your team page is where your team lives before the event. You set your team name, slogan, photo, song and joker, and you follow the leaderboard. It also earns you points: teams that complete their profile before the deadline start the day ahead of the rest.

Complete your team profile 100% before the deadline: all members added, captain details, team photo, slogan, song and joker. A complete profile earns immediate bonus points, and there are extra missions in the weeks before the event. Just click on the readiness button and you'll see what's missing.

The joker is the battle your team believes it will perform best in. If you win that battle, you score extra points. You choose your joker once the battles are announced and you can change it until one day before the event.

A team cannot win it without real supporters. Share your team page and collect votes: the team with the most supporter votes takes the prize. Each email address can vote once per team. Fraudulent voting leads to disqualification.

Yes! Create your personal Pink Ladies Games badge: it drops your photo into the official event frame, ready to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn. You'll find it on your homepage, next to your team page — and the more you share, the more supporters (and votes) you collect.

Yes. Go to the teams page, click on a team and push the challenge button. If you finish above a team you challenged, you earn extra points. It is the fastest way to turn a colleague, a friend, or a rival community into a rival on the field.

Referees record the result of every battle instantly, and the leaderboard updates in real time throughout the morning. You and your supporters can follow the standings live from your phone.

Sporty clothing and comfortable running shoes. A fun team outfit is strongly encouraged: there is a Best Dressed award for a reason. Avoid anything with sharp edges or hard parts. Bring a change of clothes, and a towel and swimwear in case of a water battle. We have changing rooms on site.

Your team outfit, a water bottle, sunscreen, a towel, a change of clothes and your smile. One bag per person works best.

There is no bag check. You carry your bag with you, so travel light and leave valuables at home.

Yes. The Sevens Stadium has plenty of free parking on site.

The Sevens Stadium is on the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), around 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai. Carpool with your team where you can, and allow extra time in the morning.

Yes. There is shower capacity at the venue for a quick refresh.

Yes. Catering by The Sevens Stadium is available on site to buy on the day or to order in advance.

No. Bringing your own food and drinks into the venue is not allowed. Water and catering are available on site.

Please speak to your doctor first. The battles are accessible but physical.

The event runs rain or shine. In case of extreme weather we adapt the programme for everyone's safety and inform captains by email and on the platform.

Yes, please do. Bring your partner, your kids, your parents and your friends: hundreds of supporters make the atmosphere what it is.

Yes. Watching you is the best entertainment ever.

Free breast health consultations with our medical partner, entertainment, and a marketplace of female-owned brands. The morning is built for the whole family, not just the competitors.

Men are very welcome as supporters. The teams on the field are all female.

There are trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, plus awards for Best Dressed, Coolest Team, Best Picture, Smartest Team, Fairplay Team, the Social Media Challenge, the Pink Battle of the Companies, the Pink Battle of the Communities, and Pink Survivor of the Year. Nobody leaves empty-handed: every participant receives a goodie bag.

Yes. Professional photographers are present all morning and the photos are shared on the Pink Ladies Games channels and on the app after the event, free to download and share.
