#2 PERSONALIZE YOUR TEAM

When & how do I edit my team profile?
Closer to the event, your team captain will receive instructions via email on how to edit your online team through our online website.

Why create a team profile?
Because you will earn points for it! It's great for pre-engagement, and you can win the coolest team competition by collecting supporter votes for your team.

How do I add players to a team?
Once a team has been ordered, the contact person can add a captain to the team. Select (if applicable) the team that needs to be changed and then click on "edit team" in the top left corner. On the page you will find a button to add players. Each person you add will automatically receive an email with further instructions.

How can I remove a player?
Click on her name and indicate you want to remove from the team. The player will not be removed from our system, so the login remains.

#3 PRACTICAL

What should I bring on the day of the event?
Make sure you have a nice team outfit, and don't forget your smile! It's a good idea to have one bag per person.

What should I wear?
Sporty clothing is a good start, as are comfortable running shoes. We encouraged to provide a fun team outfit. Do not wear anything with sharp edges that could injure other participants or damage the inflatable obstacles. Make sure you have extra clothes in case you want to change. Swimwear and a towel are also advised, depending on the challenges.

Can I check in my bag at the event?
No, you carry your bag with you.

Will there be photographers?
Of course, we love pictures! One or more professional photographers will be present at the event. The photos will be posted on the Pink Ladies Games socials after each event. We will also use the pictures in our advertisements in the future.

Is there parking available?
Parking is available. We strongly recommend that you carpool, as there will be many participants arriving at the venue and we like to keep our footprint low.

Can I change/refresh afterward?

There's shower capacity for a quick refresh.

How about food and drinks?
The catering is powered by The Sevens Stadium and can be bought on the spot or ordered before the event.

Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
Bringing your own food and/or drinks is not allowed.

#4 GOOD TO KNOW

How to prepare?
The sooner you fill your teams with players, the better. Our online platform makes it easy. Starting a month in advance, we boost online communication to encourage everyone to complete their teams and get prepared. Once the games are announced, jokers can be set, challenges can be made, and points can already be earned. In other words—the competition has begun! Peer pressure kicks in, drop-outs are rare, rivalries start to form, and by the time the Pink Ladies Games arrive, everyone is fueled with adrenaline and ready to make it an unforgettable day.

How does my team earn bonus points?
If your team is 100% complete before the deadline, you’ll immediately earn bonus points and gain a practical advantage. Did you know the difference between first and second place is often just a few points? That makes it essential! So, what does “100% complete” mean? It means you’ve submitted a slogan, team photo, joker, team song, team members, and a captain. Let your creativity shine—and don’t hesitate to check out other teams for inspiration. Did you know there’s even a special award for the best team photo? And that the DJ learns every team song and plays them with enthusiasm?

What is a joker?
The joker is placed on the challenge your team believes it can perform best. You can only choose your joker once all battles are announced, and you may change it up until one day before the event. If you win that challenge, you’ll earn extra points! The exact number of points will be explained in the scoring rules you’ll receive at the entrance—it depends on the number of participating teams. Once you’ve completed your challenge, the Marshall will confirm that your joker has been used. How cool is that?

What is the coolest team competition?
A team can’t win without true supporters! The team with the most supporter votes takes the prize. Rally your colleagues, friends, and family to vote for your team—and don’t be shy about using social media to spread the word. Just share your team page! Each email address can only vote once per team. Cheating with temporary addresses won’t work—our referee carefully reviews all votes and removes any fakes. In cases of abuse, your team risks disqualification from the coolest team competition.

How do I challenge another team, and why?
Log in to Tornea and challenge other teams in the teams view. If you finish above that team in the final ranking, you will receive additional points. If they finish above your team, they get the points!

Do you have to be sporty?
That is probably the biggest myth about the Pink Ladies Games. The Games are a TEAM competition in which you complete 6 different games against other teams in a fun atmosphere. The challenges are balanced in such a way that there is something for everyone, and that above all, it is the teamwork that makes the difference. Of course, it helps to have some sporty people in your team, but diversity and preparation are crucial factors for winning. And a bit of luck...

How can we win an award?
No winner believes in luck, but we make sure everyone feels like a winner.

On each challenge, you compete against other teams and earn different types of points. You receive the rules and points to earn in the morning with your team pack. Each challenge is run by a team of monitors led by one of our marshals. They write down the scores and our referee processes them into a live scoreboard. We "freeze" that scoreboard for the last 2 challenges. To keep it super exciting!

Of course, we have a real "trophy" for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. But it doesn't stop there: best dressed, coolest team, best team picture, smartest team, and fair play are all part of the game. Often, there are also awards for exceptional performance in one of the challenges. The awards are presented in a Herculean fashion, immediately following the food and drinks, making for an ideal end of the games.
